Flawless Skin & Body is owned and operated by Licensed Esthetician Katie Ladner. Katie started out her career in San Juan Capistrano California at the young age of 19 in the spa industry. She helped manage a day spa while going to college to get her degree in Interior Design. After several years in college she realized her heart was in the beauty industry. In 2001 Katie obtained her License as an Esthetician. Today Katie has 23 years experience in her field focusing on obtaining a natural youthful appearance for her aging clients. Today Katie’s main focus is educating her clients on a more natural holistic way to age gracefully.

On the Professional side Katie’s passion is to mentor other Estheticians in the industry. Over the years Katie has seen a lack of talent coming out of beauty schools. One of the reasons is a boom in beauty equipment industry spewing out machines that do the “work for you”. Katie’s belief is touch is vital for client and therapist relationship. Katie teaches how to connect with clients through massage and a various other personal skills in order to gain client retention.
